The hotel is located near San Marco square, with a stunning view of the sea. The value for money is great, considering the central location. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are all satisfactory. The breakfast included is a nice touch.

The hotel was spotless and had great facilities. We enjoyed the convenience of the location, just off St Mark's Square and close to the main attractions. The breakfast served was satisfactory and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of Hotel San Zulian was excellent, just a short walk from the beautiful Piazza St. Marco. We were able to explore the city easily from this central location. Additionally, the staff, especially the oldest receptionist, was very helpful and provided us with useful directions and advice during our stay.
Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. The room we were initially given was occupied by someone else, which was quite surprising and inconvenient.

Convenient location, close to major attractions and easy to explore the city from. Friendly and helpful staff who were willing to assist when needed. Comfortable and spacious rooms with modern amenities.
Poor cleanliness, with rooms being dusty and equipment showing signs of wear and tear. Limited breakfast options and small dining area, leading to overcrowding and long waiting times.
