The hotel was super clean and had great facilities. We enjoyed the convenience of the location, just off St Mark's Square and close to the main attractions. The breakfast served was satisfactory and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of Hotel San Zulian was excellent, just a short walk from the beautiful Piazza St Marco. We were able to explore the city easily from this central location. the staff, especially the oldest receptionist, was very helpful and provided us with useful directions and advice.
Despite these positives, there were a few drawbacks. The room we were initially given was occupied by someone else, quite surprising and inconvenient.

Poor cleanliness, with rooms being dusty and equipment showing signs of wear and tear.
